Viewing Messages

This is one of the options in the My Work Dashboard. This feature allows you to view claim messages that correspond to workfiles assigned to you and from an insurance claim office. You can view workfile claim messages by selecting the Messages button located in the top right on the toolbar of the workfile. This button is disabled if the workfile does not contain messages.

To view messages in a workfile

1. Open the workfile.
2. Select the Messages button from the workfile toolbar.
